There is a 30 to 50% chance of showers and storms over Central and North Central South Dakota tonight. There is a slight risk, or level 2 out of 5, a severe storms capable of producing strong windswell in excess of 60 miles per hour and hail up to around 1 inch in diameter over much of North Central South Dakota and a portion of Central South Dakota. Thunderstorm's chances will remain mainly relegated to the evening and overnight hours through at least Monday night. Cooler air will return Tuesday.
