Bathroom ceiling fire in Birchwood building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a possible structure fire near Birchwood Lane in Aberdeen after smoke was seen coming from building vents. Firefighters worked inside the bathroom area and from the roof to locate and extinguish hot spots in the ceiling.
