Vehicle accident reported near (number withheld) railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call from a person reporting a vehicle crash initially described near North First Street and (number withheld), later updated to be near the railroad tracks on (number withheld) in Abilene, Texas. Units were sent to check the area for anyone involved.
