Erratic Mustang driver forces vehicles off road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible reckless driver in a multicolored Mustang driving very erratically and reportedly running other vehicles off the road near a fast food restaurant on the north service road westbound in Abilene, Texas.
