Passenger reports kidnapping in transport van

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call from an occupant of a transport van on Route 2 westbound near Piper Road in Acton, reporting a possible kidnapping by the driver and erratic driving. Another agency has the vehicle stopped in that area, and EMS is responding.
