Discolored water and leaking hydrant reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, a customer reported discolored tap water at a residence near Broadstone Way. After flushing the pipes, they noticed a large amount of water coming from a nearby fire hydrant, and the water department was notified to investigate the possible leak.
