The caller stated they were pulling a skier behind their boat when a black boat was going extremely fast, cut between them, and almost hit their skier. They followed the boat and the male approximately 50 years old who's alone. He jumped off his boat and was laughing at them. They think he might be intoxicated. They did give an MC number[1] and again. He said that he is parked at the boat launch, getting ready to reload his boat. They are not on scene still.
