Person stuck in elevator on Addison Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported elevator entrapment at a residential building on Addison Circle near Spectrum Drive. Radio traffic indicated at least one person was believed to be trapped in elevator 40 near a stairwell, and additional rescue resources were requested to the scene.
