Disabled vehicle causing traffic hazard at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a disabled vehicle with a broken wheel causing a traffic hazard at the intersection of High Street and Main Street. A person had been standing in the intersection trying to direct traffic before being moved out of the roadway.
