Argument reported on West 6th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported argument near West 6th Avenue. They contacted a group near a river park, including two brothers who had reportedly been in the river, and arranged to return one male to his family. A parent was on scene and everyone was eventually accounted for.
