Tree on power lines and transformer fire on 2nd Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near 2nd Street Northeast to downed power lines with trees on the lines and a transformer in the roadway. A tree later caught fire, and the utility company was notified about an active line arcing on the ground.
