Burnt food causes smoke at Santa Clara apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Alameda’s district three responded to a commercial fire alarm near Santa Clara Avenue. Someone at an apartment reported smoke from a balcony, which was determined to be from burnt food on a stove, with no active fire. Firefighters were requested to help with ventilation.
