RP called in say that there were two male parties yelling at a female party at the apartments. Just walking up and down on 11th Street, they didn't see any weapons, but it was going to be a taller male party. Stated that he did have a firearm, but the RP didn't see it. does think his name is possibly (name withheld) and Mady lives off Edison.
