I got a call on the line say she's been being followed for over an hour by a gray Honda Civic during New York registration Lincoln Tom Victor 9016. Caller stated she pulled into the service area, the vehicle followed in behind her. She left and continued to follow her out. I've got her on CCTV now, she's parked on the right shoulder, exit 21B northbound, with her four ways on. We're gonna see that vehicle parked as well? That's negative. Just be advised. We had on CCTV for approximately two minutes. All vehicles continue to go northbound, no one pulled over. She is going to continue on. The Honda Civic never pulled over. But she is going to continue north. That Civic never stopped behind her. Never saw a pass on camera.
