Wire sparking and smoking on porch in Albany

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a home near Matthews Avenue in Albany for a report that a woman saw a wire on or near her porch spark, smoke, and reportedly flame. Crews responded to check the electrical wire for fire danger.
