Water flow alarm at Albany Oaks during system test

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and firefighters responded to a reported water flow alarm at an Albany residential complex. It was later reported by the alarm company that they were conducting routine testing, but fire units continued to the scene as a precaution.
