As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic dispute involving a black SUV stopped with hazard lights on in the middle of a road on 350 West between US 6 and 600 North. The caller said they had to drive into a ditch to pass and could not see inside the vehicle because of dark window tint.
