Bus operators told to refuse four riders at platform

As discussed during the dispatch call, transit dispatch reports four described individuals near Central Avenue and San Mateo Boulevard in Albuquerque and instructs bus operators, especially on eastbound route 66 and southbound route 141, not to allow them to board at this time.
