68-year-old man with shortness of breath and swollen feet

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to the Riverview Inn near Highway 20 for a possible medical emergency involving an older man in one of the cabins who reported shortness of breath and pain. EMS and fire units were dispatched to assist.
