Welfare concern at home after accidental 911 call

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Woodland Park Drive Northeast in Alexandria for a possible welfare concern involving a woman who appeared to be under the influence while dog sitting. Contact with the phone owner later indicated the 911 call may have been dialed accidentally by children, and responding units were told they could disregard.
