Intoxicated women reported in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the parking lot near a TJ Maxx store along State Highway 29 South for a report of two apparently intoxicated women sitting in a parked vehicle, with one in the driver’s seat and not responding to horn honking.
