City mower hits parked vehicle at Veterans Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Veterans Park in Algona to speak with someone after a city worker reportedly hit a parked vehicle while mowing, possibly causing damage to the vehicle and a nearby wheelchair ramp at a shelter area.
