Reckless SUV reported near school buses on US-169

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible reckless gray SUV with a bicycle in the back driving north into Algona on Highway 169, following two school buses, swerving, changing speeds, and going onto the gravel shoulder. Officers checked the area near the high school but were unable to locate the vehicle.
