Downed wire in backyard, area secured

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews secured Clay Street after a wire from a house to a utility pole reportedly came down in a backyard. The area was taped off, residents were notified, and the utility company was advised to respond. No arcing or sparking was reported.
