Unanswered 911 call from wooded area near Highway 11

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a 911 open-line call that initially mapped near Highway 11 and East 1300, then updated to an address along Highway 11 and a nearby wooded area just south of it. The caller could briefly be heard talking before the call disconnected, and it appears callback was not possible because the phone was a 911-only line.
