Officers investigate loud alarm on Hubbard Terrace

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported loud noise initially believed to be coming from a location on Blue Sky. They later determined the apparent alarm noise was coming from the Hubbard Terrace area and went there to investigate, with another unit meeting them nearby.
