House fire on US 278 with firefighter overheated

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters are managing an active structure fire off US 278 near Hampton and conserving water while connecting to a hydrant. Mutual aid from Hampton County and the power company has been requested. EMS is on scene for an overheated firefighter, and there is also apparent fire in a nearby vehicle.
