Officer conducts vehicle stop on 4th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop involving an Illinois veteran license plate near 4th Street in Alma and then cleared after contact. Separately, fire and EMS were dispatched to a home on North Sycamore for an activated medical alarm reporting an elderly man who reportedly fell several hours earlier.
