Smoking mulch pile reported on Misery Bay Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel are dispatched to a location near East Misery Bay Road and Seam Canal Road in Alpena Township North for a reported pile of mulch that was recently dropped off and is smoking. Callers are reportedly trying to spread out the mulch to prevent a possible fire.
