Man lethargic after using Narcan outside tobacco shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to a store on North Bagley Street in Alpena for a 38-year-old man who reportedly self-administered Narcan and remained lethargic but conscious and breathing outside a parked vehicle. Radio traffic also noted a possible brief fight between two men entering the store, though no one inside reported a problem.
