As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported physical domestic dispute in front of a residence near Tisdale St at Alpha St and Devonshire. A couple was reported fighting, with children present; the caller reported a baby in a stroller and that the stroller was pushed over.

A for 1113 Tisdale cross of Alpha and Devonshire.There is a couple in front of the house fighting.Caller says it's getting physical.Forty year old black male wearing a black shirt, purple hat, black pants.Forty year old black female wearing a red dress.They do have a baby with them in a stroller and two other children.Three six, you can have us go there.Okay.What is it? Okay.Three units responding to Kizdale.Our caller just observed a male pushing the stroller over, and there was a baby in it.
