Freeway crash with medical aid near I-8 in Alpine

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible injury traffic incident on the freeway near Alpine, east of I-8 and near Willow Road. Fire and medical crews, including advanced life support and a medic unit, were dispatched and routed in via East Willows and Alpine Boulevard.
