Adult male at trailer park with diabetic bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement and medics responded to a trailer park near Alva Avenue for an adult man with apparent severe diabetic complications, bleeding, and dehydration. Medics coordinated with people outside the location using flashlights to guide them in. The man’s legs were reported to be badly swollen and bleeding when he tried to sit down.
