Power line down tangled with semi truck cargo

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported power line down near a commercial vehicle. A line appeared to be on the ground and tangled in the cargo area of a semi, causing apparent road blockage in both lanes and preventing traffic from passing. Units coordinated with the power company, and the power was reported as controlled. Separate medical and vehicle incidents were also mentioned, including a minor vehicle crash with ambulatory occupants and no one trapped in an elevator, but no serious injuries were clearly confirmed over the radio.
