Person unresponsive and not breathing near 11th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near 11th Street in Altavista for a report of an unresponsive patient who was not breathing, and responders attempted CPR on scene. Law enforcement also headed to the area to help locate the correct apartment.
