Toddler falls from swing, sustains nosebleed and head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to an address near Northeast Fowler Road for a two-year-old male who fell from a swing, bleeding from the nose. The child was awake and crying, and it appears he may have hit concrete and has a red knot on his forehead.
