False fire alarm from burnt food at marina shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire alarm at a building near Nokomis Trail and the West Alton Marina in Alton. It was determined to be a false alarm caused by burnt food in a shop or recreation room, and the alarm had not yet been reset.
