Woman with UTI and breathing difficulty treated in Altoona

As discussed during the dispatch call, medic and rescue units responded to a medical emergency involving a woman in her fifties near 10th Street West in Altoona. She may have a urinary tract infection and is experiencing some difficulty breathing but is alert and conscious.
