As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medical crews were sent to the alley behind a business near South Court Street and South Main Street for a possible family-related disturbance. A young adult man reportedly struck a relative with a helium tank, and another young adult male appeared to have a possible broken cheekbone. Medical assistance was requested at the scene.
