Reckless driving complaint at Riverplace Mall lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a traffic complaint at the River Place Mall parking lot in Amery, Wisconsin, involving a reported green 2014 Ford Focus that had been driving erratically before parking there.
