Female driver experiencing mental health crisis on I-495 north

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a be-on-the-lookout for a woman in a white 2023 Toyota RAV4 connected to a reported mental health crisis under a Section 12 order. She was last reportedly seen on I-495 northbound near exit 103 and may be heading toward the Amesbury police station from an address on Prospect Street in Amesbury.
