Woman followed and harassed at gas station bathroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman at a gas station near Broadway and Maryland Avenue reported that a man became aggressive and followed her, leading her to lock herself in the bathroom for safety. The man was described only by clothing and general appearance.
