Police search for male suspect near Birch Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Anaconda coordinated a search for a possible male suspect last seen near the 500 block of Birch Street. The man was described as a white male in his 50s, about 6 feet tall, with blonde hair and a flannel shirt. Units set up a perimeter near Alder and Fifth Street while another agency appeared to have one male detained and worked to confirm his identity, including reviewing bar video. Medical crews also transported a person from the detention center to St. James hospital.
