Female found unconscious and not breathing on 30th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an unconscious, not breathing woman at a location on North 30th Street in Anacortes. CPR was initially not in progress, but later radio traffic indicated the patient had a pulse and effective breathing.
