Three juveniles reported to have battered person near Rupert Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Rupert Rd for a reported disturbance involving three juveniles. The reporting party said the juveniles were causing a 415 and had committed a 242 (battery) against them. The reporting party was standing by a gazebo waiting for officer contact.
