Motorcycle crash with unconscious rider on curve

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed a reported motorcycle crash on a curve along County Road 403 near a rural address. The rider was said to have possibly passed out and remained unresponsive. Units were preparing to leave the scene of a marijuana-related matter and respond to the crash location.
