Trees and power lines block 200 North near Andrews

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews report that 200 North heading into Andrews is blocked by storm debris, including a tree against high power lines near the 6200 block of West 200 North. Utility lines appear to be damaged and a pole may be partially broken.
