Two-vehicle crash with injuries on East Depot Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a traffic accident with injuries involving two vehicles near East Depot Street by South Poplar Street and North Hickory Street. Multiple units and fire and EMS were sent to the scene, and one unit took command of the incident. Later, a separate 911 hang-up call was reported at a residence on Caroline Drive.
