Suspicious vehicle reported in fenced yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible suspicious vehicle reported in a fenced yard near Third Street. Another officer reported a possible hit-skip crash in a parking lot behind a building on Franklin. Police also checked on dogs reportedly left in a white Subaru near a business on Court Street. Officers later checked the Third Street area again and reported no contact or apparent problems.
