As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were redirected to a report of a suspicious man standing on a front porch with two dogs, possibly trying to get into a home seen on a doorbell camera near Bowen Street in Anna, Texas. The reporting party indicated the man might be holding an unknown object and did not want to speak to him through the camera.
